Howdee islanders!
Sorry for the rather long 'two weeks' since my last Lost Mag blog. I've been doing a very good impression of a caffeine-fuelled, insomniac-sponsored creature of the night, lurking by a mixing desk slaving over a certain album, and so daylight, day-to-day normality and blogging here have all been sadly absent. Sorry folks! But I'm back, Spring is here, and I'm ready to post here as often as the gods of Widmore, riffs and drums will allow. ;o)
Tons have happened since my last post – namely a string of unbelievably amazing Lost episodes have aired! 'The Constant' anyone? Michael's episode? Wow. Season four is rapidly becoming my fave season so far I think. Write into the mag at transceiver@titanemail.com with plenty of opinions and theories – we love hearing what you've got to say.
On the Lost Mag front, I can declare (a week before its release date) that issue #16 is a doozy! Here are some teasers to tide you over until April 8 clicks around:
• EXCLUSIVE chat with Elizabeth Mitchell (Juliet) and Yunjin Kim (Sun)
• Specially-designed Michael, Sayid & Desmond poster
• Learn all about the stunts on the show, plus the production design secrets of season four so far (including some juicy reveals about the freighter, the polar bear in the desert, the Black Rock auction shoot and loads more
• More Missing Pieces – you wanted the rest and their scripts, and they're coming! (Eps 5- 7 are in this issue)
PLUS...
• CARLTON CUSE talks about the rest of season four, and the future of the show!!
• DAMON LINDELOF returns with more fantastic, hilarious and revelatory answers to your questions!!
...and yet more!
Hope that gets you as psyched about issue #16 as we were putting it together. Oh yeah, and the Limited Edition variant cover...? Well, as ever, we try to honor Lost's themes and current goings-on, so, if you're as concerned/intrigued/thrilled about Jin's future as we are on the mag, get ready for a very special JIN variant cover – tying in very nicely to Sun being on the normal cover. :o)
K, I'm off to put the kettle on and brew another cuppa joe as it's back to the mixing desk for me.
See you back here VERY soon (and that's not an April Fool – it's a promise!)
Thanks for all your continued support and appreciation of the mag!
Your Ed,
Paul
