The Return of the Writers
Hiya Peeps!
Did you even have time to miss us?
Believe it or not, we are nearing the end of our second week back on the writers' floor of Brothers & Sisters. "Summer vacation" is over and it's raining outside... it really feels like October. I kind of wish I could hop in a time machine to autumn, because Burbank gets HOT in the summer. (Thank goodness for air conditioning. Seriously.) More importantly, in the fall we'll greet another season of Brothers & Sisters!
Seeing as how we're in the planning and plotting stages of the season, the writers have been hosting various experts to speak about topics relevant to the show. Yesterday we welcomed a wine expert, complete with a tasting (I really wish I'd taken pictures). Ah, the joys of rigorous research!
The writers are currently meeting with a [spoiler spoiler spoiler spoiler]. Exciting stuff! (Sorry.)
But one of the coolest things to happen to us so far is this!
Hot off the presses! Cole is pumped.

Is this my blog debut? My blogging-out party? I have a face. Yep.
I have just been rewatching Season 2 and it made me cry a few times. I wish I could say the same for season 3.
As much as I dislike Tommy, I have to change my mind about him now. I finally got it why he had to do the deal to get rid of Holly. He did it for the family. Just because the writers couldn't give him a good storyline, he didn't deserve to be written out. For god's sake, the show is called Brothers & Sisters and not Brother-in-law & Sisters. Get it? Robert should die!!!!!! Bring Tommy back - the 5 of them should b together.

I'd like to see Ida back too. It would be amazing to see Ida and Scotty drinking together.

I really enjoy the series it's soo different from a lot of other things on tv.
I've been watching this show for a year of two now, and it's so good. Right now I'm watching season one for the first time and it's addicting.
I really hope Kitty and Robert get back together, because they had a great relationship, that always intrigued me.
I also want Justin to marry Rebecca, A LOT.

Well, Alfred - season 3 made me cry a few times, but I don't think it was for reasons that the crew would have preferred. ("Who are these characters?!" and "Show us actual development and motivation, don't tell us and expect us to accept it!" were the typical reasons...)
Ana - Ida and Scotty! Love it! You know they would absolutely hit it off. And I'll add another FREE KEVIN!
Watched more early episodes the other day. The scene in the pilot where they're all running out to William/the pool still gets me every time! I, in fact, love the pool theme - Tommy and Paige jumping in, Nora swimming by herself, Justin and Nora sitting and talking, everyone jumping in clothed. Always very emotional moments surrounding that particular "symbol."

I think I saw a conversation not so long ago here asking for more Saul storylines. I very much agree!
We all love the show over here (U.K.). And everyone I know has asked for much more John Glover and much more about the very promising couple of Saul and Henry.
